Good communications. Prices are average - not higher or lower than general marketplace. Felt it was right price for the service/parts.

I heard new noises coming from the same side just 25 miles after leaving the shop. Not a fan of having to climb underneath my truck in freezing temperatures to check other peoples work. Just find it a huge coincidence that 25 miles after leaving the shop I hear new sounds and parts are “broken” after I’ve driven the truck for years and haven’t had an issue. I had to pay for additional repairs the second time I brought the truck back.
