I came in to pick up an online order and then asked basic questions about hardware accessories. The employee helping me, Tyler G., was shockingly rude and dismissive. He showed no interest in helping me find the right items, offered zero guidance, and his entire attitude made it clear he was bothered I had asked. The complete lack of courtesy Is unacceptable when you're there to spend money. Honestly, if you don’t like your job, don’t be there. Go find something else to do!
