The manager (long white beard) was real snotty, said they would have to charge it for 12 to 24 hours before honoring the warranty. Just wanted to jerk me around. He could have said "since we replaced it here, we don't back up, so don't worry". Instead he played dumb, trying to escalate. I left with out resolving the situation. Won't ever go back to this store!!!
