She tested my battery and told me I needed a new one but didn’t pressure me to buy one from the store, instead telling me I should try AAA since that is who the current battery is from and the battery is 1 year old. I went home and tried that only for AAA to tell me nothing was wrong with my battery despite my car not starting that morning. So I went back and Brandy helped me again and got my old battery out and new battery in. Super helpful, nice and was quick to help me the two times I was at the store!
