Best customer service I've seen in many years. While I waited, I saw her flawlessly take care of over 20 customers. Gives me hope for the new generation. Eddy... give her a raise.

Despite the fact that I was so close to close, they pulled my car into the shop so it would be there over the weekend, and got all of my information to work on it on Monday. Definitely some good people working over at this breaks plus!
- RYRuth YanezApr 9, 20261.0Horrible Experience! 😢 I took my car because of a sound and they diagnosed the Alternator I pay $1500 to get it replaced and the next day after I picked up my car I noticed a big paddle of fluids under the engine. I received a car leaking engine coolant and they said that I wasn't their fault! Really?? I gave them a car WITHOUT a leaking problem!! They said I have to pay another $1300 to get the leaking problem fix! Is insane.
- LPLely PortilloApr 6, 20261.0I'm very disappointed ☹️ of my experience with this place, I took my car in because it was having an strange sound, they diagnosed the alternator and I paid $1500 to get replaced, after I picked my car up and leave it parked overnight, next Morning I noticed a big paddle of fluids under the engine, I took back to workshop first thing in the morning and after paying for another diagnosed they said now the radiator needs to be replaced and I need to pay another $1300 to get it replaced!. I took my car in because of a sound that was diagnosed as Alternator and I get the car back with a leaking problem after having it in this workshop only, and now it is something Else for another substance amount of money. I'm very Disappointed of my experience with this place. 04/06/2026.
