  Got my vehicle serviced here today, 04/29 The most exquisite customer service I've experienced with a car service business. Eric was the greatest help with staying within budget as well as Aaron with his friendly and welcoming customers assistance. I appreciate this location and staff very very much.

  My car ran out of fuel and wouldn't start after I added fuel. I had it towed to Brakes Plus, after hours, on the recommendation of my insurance company. I am new to the area and had no idea where to take it. Of course it started right up for them the next morning. They ran a diagnostic test and added additional fuel. All they charged me for was the fuel and a reduced diagnostic fee of $15 vs their normal $100 fee. They did not make me feel like a dumb woman at all. I felt respected and valued during the entire process.

  Stopped into Brakes Plus on Tower Road because my blinker was out and Eric fixed it on the spot—for free! Super quick, friendly, and honest service. Really appreciated it and will definitely be back for future services.

  Took my Jeep compass for a sound they said was a belt which they changed but the problem was not solved.Three differen times under a warranty they partially coverdsame and the sound was still rhere and even worse. Stuck again on the road, had to call for another opinion and they found a worn pulley that finally broke. Again, a new belt and the feeling that almost $1500 I paid them, was wasted money

  I took my truck in on a Friday for a appointment I set up the day before. Unfortunately their system didn't have it scheduled on their end. I was lucky enough that I had gotten it diagnosed by Firestone down the street earlier that day. I spoke with Eric and mentioned my issue with a air vent actuator not opening up somewhere in the dash. I got a quote and scheduled over the phone with Aaron for the repairs to be done on Monday morning at 8am. I got there Monday morning being the first one to come in. They took my key and still quoted me for all 3 actuators for approximately 1500 they said they would diagnosedthe truck themselvesbefore working on it, so that was good. But right before I was leaving to come back later they literally run out the store and wave us down to let me know that they didn't have anyone able to do the work. They ruined my family's whole schedule for that day due to this huge mishap. I usually don't express my frustration because I understand stuff happens. I'm a working human being as well. But this was very unprofessional and disrespectful to our time. In my opinion time is worth more than money. They where lucky the store in Thornton off of 120th was able to take us in. They were so sufficient and well managed over there that they not only finished the job but also managed to pin point the exact actuator that was faulty and brought my quote down. I wouldn't take my vehicles to that crew ever again unfortunately. I can only imagine what they would to do or wouldn't do to my vehicles.
