On 4/4, I made a purchase and was given the wrong receipt—clearly not mine. Mistakes happen, but what happened next is completely unacceptable. When I returned to get the correct receipt and process a return, the manager told me he “couldn’t look it up.” Instead of fixing their error, he took back the item I had legitimately paid for and refunded it using the receipt that was mistakenly given to me.
So let me get this straight—you give me someone else’s receipt, refuse to correct it, take back MY item, and then credit it under someone else’s transaction? That’s not just bad customer service, that’s outright negligence.
I protested and explained the situation, but it didn’t matter. They kept the item and brushed me off like it was no big deal. No accountability, no attempt to make it right—just a complete mess from start to finish.
If you ever want to understand what people mean when they call a place a total disaster, this is it. Avoid this location unless you enjoy frustration, incompetence, and zero customer support.
