  Dice que horario de tienda hasta las 11, está incluso el letrero afuera, llegué a las 9:55, y no me quisieron atender estando el personal adentro, dijeron estaba cerrado

  I broke down while pulling a trailer from denver to north dakota. The part i needed was in the Aurora autozone over 100 miles away. Justin from Autozone in Aurora on 6th came to my rescue. This was After the autozone in sterling failed to actually process my order and told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait another day, and spend another night in my vehicle, and that nothing could be done. I reached out to Justin in Aurora and he came through big time. It wasnt his error, and it wasnt his stores error, but he stepped in and made things right and got my part shipped out so that it would arrive the same day. Huge shout out to Justin at the autozone location in Aurora on 6th Ave. Thank you so much!!!!

  Would NEVER recommend this branch. Purchased something and wasn't given a receipt. When I tried to return not only did the manager act like it was a huge inconvenience and not worth his time, he then proceeded to mock the situation in Spanish to other customers. 100% unprofessional. Choose anywhere else.
