  I’ve been a member for 3 years. This location ALWAYS has at least 1 of the touch-less bays broken or out of order and a majority of the those times there’s 2 bays out of order. Very frustrating as the lines get super long.

  This location always has at least 1 bay that doesn’t work. It truly never fails ever there’s one down causing cars to be backed up. Unfortunately we pay for the membership every month to experience this issue EVERY month. If it weren’t for the unlimited membership being able to use for guest cars like on my second car I would not have auto wash. The wash doesn’t even get the car fully clean as most times there’s still dirt on the car. The dryer is totally useless it doesn’t even dry your car. The wash also doesn’t service all vehicles at the highest wash level such as Jeeps with a mounted rear tire which is really dumb you have to get just the basic wash. Overall Autowash is cheaper compared to other car washes but it’s more of a hassle just to get a wash. I’ve been at time when 2 bays were down and cars piled up. Wondering if it’s still worth the price honestly. 8am on a Wednesday, bay down and cars already backing up or driving off.

  Used the dog wash yesterday. First, it was $25.00! That’s absolutely ridiculous for a six minute, self-service bath. It used to be $10.00. The water was ice cold, the spay house was broken, the water pressure was terrible, and the dryer was out of order. Trying to get to customer service to make a complaint/get a refund is impossible. Stay away! Use Earthwise or Pet Palace.

  The pricing is only good if you catch one of their promotions. I visited this Fox Hill location roughly a week ago, and TWO of the 3 bays were closed, leaving a huge line just for 1 bay (where each wash almost takes 10 minutes). I then drove all the way to the Dove Valley location, and guess what! Only 2 of the 3 bays there were open. Simply amazing isn't it? I will be cancelling my subscription after my promotional discount expires in a few months.

  Amazing car was has drive through or self wash and it has mag remover and that in its self is amazing but you can also hand dry you vehicle with the hand dryer love this all in all if you in the area and need s great car wash this would be the place !
