- NSNenad SandevNov 21, 20251.0I booked a vehicle with Sixt trough Expedia on October 28th to be picked up November 21st, so three weeks ahead just to be told today by the manager Irving that I have been blocked and he cannot give me a vehicle.He gave me a customer service number to call stating he doesn’t know what the issue is.After half an hour on the phone with their representatives I was told that their accounting department has me blocked for reasons unknown and it would take 10-15 days to resolve meaning the booking I made three weeks ago will not be honored.After telling this to the manager a got a nonchalant “I’m sorry “. My problem with the whole situation is that in the three weeks from me booking to pick up nobody thought that it might be a good idea to contact me and tell me about the issue, putting me in a position to have to rebook at a much higher rate from a different company.
