- KHKyle HennigMar 6, 20261.0My first ever experience with SIXT turned into a month long ordeal: - Reserved an intermediate category vehicle ahead of time for 4 days at a cost of $224 - Paid $370 at the airport for a Mazda CX-90 that actually fit our ski gear - Perfectly nice car, ski trip went swimmingly - Filled the car with gas and washed it for the next person - Returned the car and boarded my flight home. 3 days later, SIXT reported new damages to the windshield - Their pictures of the damages show the car (1) caked in a layer of mud and (2) parked in a completely different location - Same day, I respond with video evidence of the car’s state at time of pickup and return - 3 weeks later, and SIXT still has not responded to me, even after promising to respond in “the next few days”

We had some issues with the Apple CarPlay / Bluetooth system. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience however that was not honored on my final bill, I sent an email to customer service to get this resolved and am awaiting a response. Overall a good rental experience and would recommend!
