He even upgraded us to a Toyota RAV4, which was a pleasant surprise. Drop-off was just as smooth, and the employee there was equally friendly and professional. Ironically, I was upgraded to a Ford Explorer which is the same vehicle I drive at home. This was a Sport version and a newer model - and now I want to trade my car in!!! Oh boy.
