  This is the 2nd time we used Safelite for our windshield replacement. It's a 2024 so lots of safety features that makes it a somewhat complicated replacement and they did a great job! They were easy to book with, on time for the appt and finished on time too. Highly recommend! Austin was my tech and was wonderful!

  Seem like a pretty incompetent bunch. Had to have a couple windshield replacements done and then my rearview mirror got all messed up. Should’ve been a pretty simple fix took months to get them to do anything. Had to follow up way too many times for something so simple. Guy came by and said it was fixed. I went to go look at it and it was still very much broken. I’m just gonna go down the street to my local mechanic and have them fix it because I’m sick of all the back-and-forth and trying to get people to do what they should be doing. Overall poor communication and quality of work.

  Tech guy was nice and did a great job swappin out the windshields. He did apparently break my phone mount for my car though. The suction cup no longer stays on for more than a minute and that was a bummer. Dont really know who to complain to about that though so. Oh well i guess.

  We had a complicated situation with a previous windshield install that caused damage, and Safelite (Arvada) absolutely blew us away—largely thanks to Christina, the store manager!!! The Safelite technician was the one who first spotted the prior damage—a badly cut pinch weld—and brought it to our attention, which ended up being incredibly important. From there, Christina jumped in and took full ownership, personally coordinating with the original glass company, arranging a tow truck and body shop, and keeping us in the loop every step of the way… getting it all done in one day! What really stood out is that she didn’t just manage the process—she advocated for us. She successfully worked with the previous company to cover the cost of the tow and repairs, which made a huge difference. This level of care, communication, and follow-through is rare. Christina turned a stressful situation into a smooth one, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This will be our glass company from this point forward. Highly, highly recommend this team!!!

  Quick, Easy, Reasonable Prices and they offer afterpay which is nice.My Tech (William) was professional and kind. That dude layed the front glass down fast as hell and didnt trash my interior in the process. Convenience is king and overall was the main reason I went with Safelite so to have everything handled outfront of my house and the quality of the replacement be amazing idk how I could complain. Thank you Safelite!
