  Super friendly staff, especially the intake gentleman who answered all my questions, and offered me a veteran's discount, which I appreciated very much! He showed me where the restrooms and waiting room were and then went to work on my truck. The waiting room was clean, and quiet, with my favorite magazines on the table. There was a coffee and water dispenser as well as Swiss Miss hot chocolate. Very nice. The oil change didn't take long at all, and before leaving, he showed me my engine fluid levels and handed me a list of everything that was done. Awesome place, and I will definitely be back!

  This Jiffy Lube has always been wonderful to me! They get my car in and out in a timely manner, and are very polite. The team always makes sure to tell me problems they observed with my car and then relay how they would recommend to fix them. For the services I've gotten from them, I have always been happy.

  My family and I have always been happy here. We came down from Westminster. Not happy this time. The invoice shown tires checked 35F 35B. I commented "I hope you don't have 35psi in the tires." The tech asked why, do I want more. Yeah it is a 2500 4x4. It takes 60 in the front and 80 in the back. Good techs know this. They never looked. Got down the road and saw at a stoplight that exterior windows were "completed" for cleaning. They were not touched. Bird crap, water spots and dirt still there. Then, I am driving down the road and noticed that the little windshield sticker they put in the window to tell you when your next service is...not there. spots and dirt still there. I expect better for $82.

  Over all no problems with physical work done. I thought the staff (mainly front desk lady) was very rude and not very helpful though. I made an oil change appointment online the day before (because I couldn't get anyone on the phone) and had the confirmation email and checked that it was the correct location. When I arrived I was rudely informed that they had no 11:00 appointment but would get it in when they could and call after. I waited from 11-2 they never called, so I reached out and was told very rudely again that it had been done since 11:45 and that they already tried to contact me, but I had nothing on my end. When I picked it up I finally got a text of the inspection details, so that tells me they had my correct number but did not reach out when it was done... I get that appointments fall through the cracks some times and would not have given a bad review if the staff would have handled it more professionally and not so rude.

  After being recommended to try Jiffy Lube, I went online, got an estimate and made an appointment. The staff was efficient and cordial. The work was good. My only qualms were the added charges for expendable items such as gloves, towels and other things. 15-20 minutes work for each vehicle and new towels and gloves are needed for each job? The small but clear caveat on the estimate said “starting from…” so added charges should be expected. A bit disappointing though. The estimate was already $96 for the oil and filter change. Everything is becoming more expensive these days. Overall, the staff’s work was fine and clearly explained up front.
