That being said, I came to this jiffy lube and spend a lot of money. During that visit, my apartment parking pass that was sitting on my dashboard went missing. The explanation I was given was that when my car was being test driven after my service, the guy driving it must have had the windows down and it flew out & that if I provided a receipt for the new one I’d have to buy to access my apartment parking I’d be reimbursed by the company. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment that requires a parking pass, you know that they are not cheap to replace. Neither is getting your brakes replaced. So of course I was not looking to pay for a problem they created after spending $600 with them. After a lot of driving back & forth (bc nobody answers the phone at this location), I was provided with an email to send the receipt to be reimbursed. It has now been a month and I am being ghosted & my money has not been returned to me.
