  Really bad experience today. I ended up taking my vehicle to another location. The team member that checked me in was drunk. They told me they were unable to rotate my tires. When it was time to check out I was told I had to pay cash because the machine was down. I didn’t pay and left and went to different location. Looks like the vacuumed the vehicle and reset the oil sensor but didn’t do any actual service and were trying to collect payment. They didn’t enter the service in their computer and were trying to collect payment in cash. The location at 11802 Ralston was able to complete the service. Please use this location instead. Ask for Damion Rangel the manager. He’s super nice and helpful. We won’t be going back and we have several vehicles.

  Received great service! Got a walk-in oil change and received an evaluation of the current status of other systems without pressure to perform immediately. I felt very comfortable using this location and will return as needed.

  I’ve gone to other Grease Monkey locations and decided to try this one for my oil change since it had a strong rating and my daughter has been happy with their service. They were communicative, gave me the information I needed and got the job done quickly! I’m very happy with the work done at this location.
