I charged my rental (Hyundai IONIC 5) from 67% to 90% (about 80 miles of driving). It cost $55. Absolute ripoff. Never again. Don't go here.

Showed up, and only one other truck was charging. Was initially getting 75 kwh off a 100kwg and now down to 68 kwh. Now 5 of the 6 spots are full at 430 pm on a Monday.

What can I say. It's EvoGo which probably says it all. There were 6 cars while I was there who couldn't charge. One of the other drivers suggested another station 5 miles away. Unfortunately they were EvoGo as well and 3 out of 6 of those stations were out of order. We were all waiting there for a spot to charge. One lady had a young baby. It took me 7 hours to make a journey that should have taken 30 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is their phone support answers quickly, not that they could remedy the situation, nor did they refund my five session fees for each time I was told to, "try again.' What's the lesson for me? Never let my charge get so low I can't make it to a ChargePoint station. Whew! I managed to write this review without using an expletive.

They only have 2 working chargers. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't fixed the other 4. Horrible company. I will only charge with electrify America now.
