    Carwash is not reliable. It’s annoying having a membership and it’s regularly closed down when I come to use it. Also never have the supplies. Probably gonna switch to Cobblestone

    Things started out well until yesterday when I was in the auto wash, my valve stem on the front drivers side was ripped off by the carrousel, filed claim and Take 5 denied it accepting no fault, they wouldn’t even offer me some sort of credit or at least pay for my tow, I’m canceling my membership and I will not be using their services ever again

    I just wanted to write a review about the guy who “pre-washes” the cars before they enter the car wash. His name tag is a little faded but I think it says Caiden. I’ve gone a few times and he’s been the one to pre clean my car and he does a really good job, always has a smile on his face despite being basically splashed with water the whole time, and works hard. I appreciate that and thought he should be recognized!
