  The woman who works behind the counter will charge you an extra play when playing lotto tickets. I had a few Megamillions and 3 Powerball tickets with play and I told her that the cards were all $3. She confirmed the price and ran them through the machine. Then she told me they were $4 a piece and I was; wrong for believing I had $3 tickets and that the machine automatically makes the price. When I refused to pay for the extra plays she leaped over the counter and grabbed my $20 bill without giving me the rest of my lotto tickets I was buying. She argued with me for a bit and then eventually gave me my tickets. When I looked at the powerball tickets it shows she's adding another play($1) to each card without telling you.

  I was at the store on 80th in Arvada tonight and the lid to my gas tank was frozen over so that I could not get it open to put gas in my car. It was extremely cold and snowy out and so when I went in to the store to ask for help I kind of expected whoever was in there to tell me there was nothing they could do. Instead Jolene (I hope I spelled her name right) immediately came out and chiseled the ice from around the gas tank lid. No hesitation, just a smile and help for this old lady. If the manager is reading this, “give Jolene a raise”! 🤓
