The next best time for me to come in was in 2 weeks. When dropping my car off 2 weeks later I received a call within 40 minutes letting me know that the glass for my vehicle did not arrive. I let the agent know that it needed to be done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed that the hood of my car was vibrating/lifting while driving. When I pulled over to check it I noticed it was not latched correctly. The overall windshield is great but the service level and attention to detail was less than satisfactory.
