He said yeah we can fix that, no issue. While waiting for the repair he explained how this is a regular occurrence for them and wished more people initially received their service from them instead of letting poor service centers ruin the name of Goodyear, and their products. I made the decision that I will receive my services from this location in the future, and just because I believe in Goodyear products doesnt mean that the service of them is the same. Goodyear service center and specifically Isaiah were able to demonstrate a depth of competency of their products, that it's much better to go with them over someone who just slaps their products on your vehicle.

Just went in with a bent skid plate and they were extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong and getting a replacement on quickly. So thankful for this Goodyear location.
