- CSChris Schatz1 day ago1.0Well just check out the reviews of this place....they were good then they went downhill lately FAST....go to a competitor, the Manager of this store would rather argue and debate with you, then he hides in the back not doing any work at all. If you walk in god for bid they have to help you, its a major issue to be a customer for these guys....go to Les Schwab they are 10 times better with better service. No doubt this store will go out of business with the current leadership. They do not warranty work they do, and they do not stand by their work at all. The General Manager here does not represent this brand well at all....its sad its a new store but it is so poorly managed and so poorly ran. I urge you to go anywhere else....

I have been a customer of this BP for some time now and have always been overjoyed by the prompt and thorough service, the affordability, and the knowledgeable and sincerely caring staff, but this time they found & fixed something that could've resulted in an accident. I would like to wholeheartedly thank Michael, Gilbert, and all the technicians who kept me safe this winter through their hard work and attention to detail. Leaving this review seems too small of a thank you, but it is my hope that anyone finding themselves in a jam and praying for help know that they can go to you guys and they will be in good hands.
- JMJeremiah MyhrDec 15, 20255.0Its my second oil change here and i have had zero problems, they got me in the same day and thanks to Gilbert I was in and out within 30 minutes great prices and nice employees I will definitely be coming again. they were very helpful and fast they had coffee inside to pass the time over all it was a very positive experience.
