  Went in for a brake inspection due to being lied to by another shop about needing rear brakes and rotors, and Michael was honest with me and told me I do not need that and also helped me find out what else was going on with my car. Perfect customer service!

  Came in for a drop in oil change/ tire rotation. They were quick and professional and also diagnosed/ fixed a broken windshield washer hose I did not know was broken, on the house. I’m always looking for solid, reliable mechanics and this shop is that 100%.

  I came in and was greeted immediately by Tyler. Tyler was extremely professional and was able to get me in right away for an oil change and check if I had a leak. He also gave me a diagnostic recap of my car. Tyler was amazing and even gave me a coupon for my oil and fixed 2 burnt out bulbs. Thank for everything Tyler! I’ll be back for my rear breaks!!

  I must say my go to place for honest auto repair is the Whisper Creek Brakes Plus at 9115 Howell St in Arvada, CO. The check engine light came on a few days ago and being in a hurry I stopped by a convenient Auto Zone parts store. They ran the codes on my vehicle and determined I had a problem with a couple of oxygen sensors. My 2008 Hyundai was running just fine so I didn't really trust the parts store diagnosis. My wife reminded me that years ago the vehicle failed the emissions test because of a defective gas cap. I replaced the gas cap and eventually the check engine light went off. To be sure the problem was really corrected, I asked the folks at Brakes Plus to run a diagnosis on the vehicle. Everything came back clean, no error codes found. The best part of the Brakes Plus experience was no charge to check out the vehicle. I'm a loyal forever customer of Brakes Plus.

  They try to obtain and extract money very slowly. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. The manager and Mike are liars and not clear with the jobs that needs to be done. They originally said they can not determine the oil leak after the dye. It was not until a light came on that they were suddenly able to determine the oil leak?? After that they fixed, there was more oil leak problem. They were rude to say that it’s not worth to fix. This place does not care for their customers and the manager was very rude and kept taking over us. They don’t present the information well and didnt explain the fixing steps well to would help us determine what to do first. The manager was rude to say “it’s NOT WORTH TO FIX THE CAR”, the manger argues. They keep giving us quotes one by one. They should have presented all that from the beginning and should have tried harder to determine the leak at all points. Rather than “ oh i see nothing, wait for a sign until each part start breaking one by one” and rather than presenting the quotes at the very end when it’s all too late. They are MANIPULATIVE with their words and wasted our time and money AGAIN DO NOT come here.
