  Well just picked up my truck from a brake job and saw this damage, clearly was seen due to the hand prints yet said nothing to me. Doesn’t seem like business integrity to me.

  I had the rear brakes replaced on my 2022 VW Taos. The GM Gilbert Fransua at this location took great care of us. He diagnosed the issue immediately on our arrival, outlined our options and promised to complete the repair in two hours. I was especially impressed that he assured me that the front brakes were fine and the rear rotors did not need to be replaced. A less reputable shop might have tried to run up the cost. The repair was completed in 90 minutes, well before promised, and at a very reasonable cost despite using premium Bosch pads. The total cost was $650 less than the quote from the local VW dealer.

  I had a long day today with my car . I called brake plus and Chris was very pleasant and told me come in right away , I did and they fixed my issue in like 45 min and they even gave me a special discount I appreciate you guys a lot ‼️ thank you Chris and to the other gentleman that helped

  On October 16, 2025, I paid $855.91 for new front rotors, ceramic pads, and a complete front brake service.Since that date, I have driven less than 2,000 miles. I took my vehicle to the dealership today because the brakes have continued to squeak since your service. I was informed that the front rotors are already below specification and must be replaced, and the pads are under 6mm. There is no reasonable explanation for brand-new rotors and pads to deteriorate to this level in under 2,000 miles. This strongly suggests improper installation, defective parts, or a failure to correctly diagnose the braking system at the time of service. I am requesting a full refund or complete corrective repair at no cost immediately.

  Terrible service. Deserves 0 stars Took car in for an inspection with appointment that was as told would Take 1.5 hours . Came back 2 hours later and they hardened even began the inspection. Came from out of town to get vehicle inspection because we were looking at buying it. They just stuffed others in in front of us and couldn’t care less about the appointment and customer.
