The staff in there was very respectful, and friendly Front desk gentleman explained to me the issue my car was having. He was able to help me to understand what was going with my car. They also were able to get me in for an appointment the next day. And handled everything that I needed as soon as I walked in the door. Brakes plus in Arvada is the best place to go to when needing brake work taken care of. I would recommend brakes plus in Arvada to any one. Andy was very helpful. When I got to my appointment I was acknowledged promptly, got my vehicle seen and had the estimate for repair within half an hour. The technicians took very good care of my car and the pricing was fair.

Then proceeded to tell me I was going to have to wait another 45 min. 2hrs for an oil change that I had set an appointment for. Will not be returning for their services.
