I originally went in just to grab some power steering fluid, but when I mentioned that I was heading out on a road trip, she went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready. She suggested I check my oil, and it turned out I was almost out! She helped me pick the right oil for my vehicle, recommended a fuel injector cleaner, and even pointed out that since my car was leaking oil, I should use an engine cleaner to help with that. She also reminded me to grab some Rain-X for my windows. Sia was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get my car road-trip ready. Thanks to her advice, I feel much more confident and prepared for my drive this weekend. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I can definitely see why she’s the store manager. Thank you, Sia, for going the extra mile!
