  Last week I shared a story about the excellent customer care I received from Sia, but i accidentally posted it for the other Arvada store. Sia was assisting me with a battery exchange and I was heading to the shop when I got a flat tire on the highway. I reached out let her know what happened, and that I was stuck on the shoulder of the road. Sia asked if I was safe then said she'd be there to help. Sia used her lunch break to put on my spare tire so I could get somewhere safe, and also brought the battery to switch it out for me. It was dark and starting to flurry and the whole thing had me flustered, stressed out and unable to think clearly. It was the most unexpected act of kindness I've ever received from a business. Sia truly cares about her customwrs and it's evident through customer care. I hope she gets recognized for her extra effort and assisting others.

  The staff is great but I can't say the same about the manager. Very condisating with poor customer service. I've been bring my business to this store for 10 years. I perform service on my 11 vehicles so I'm in there a lot. The last few months it's been terrible. It's unfortunate with all the online options available. I prefer to give my business to local stores but apparently they don't understand that customer service is all that they can offer. After the last two visits I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

  I stopped in today for new windshield wipers, Sia, helped me find the right ones and even helped put them on there car…EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Definitely will be back for all my auto needs!!

  I needed a new battery, of course I found out at work. I went to this AutoZone and had the best experience. They helped me with switching out the battery and I couldn't be happier with this outstanding service. Many thanks to the employees here at the store, and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again
