  Stopped by with a reservation—everything went smoothly. The supervisor was friendly and kept me updated after the brake and filter inspection. Will definitely come back.

  They didn't try to upsell me in anything which is a HUGE deal to me. They were quick, honest, not super expensive, and my car smelled good after they were done. Highly recommend.

  Micheal B and the team there today, doing my alignment were amazing! They were great about explaining, and showing me what needed to be fixed, which is a lot since I'm rebuilding it. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything extra or un-needed. I will definitely be going back with all of my vehicles!!

  Had to take my Rav 4 in for a subtle noise that was coming from my brakes. I dealt with Gilbert, the manager. Unfortunately he confirmed my worries that I needed new brake pads, BUT, was extremely professional and friendly and explained things in plain English. He didn't try to upsell anything, but gave me some info that I might need to have done to the car in the future. Had the car done in just a few hours and at a fair price Thanks alot Brakes Plus mechanic that worked on my car. And thank you to Gilbert for making this experience very positive
