  Great service and communication. Replacing front pads and rotors was still cheaper than replacing just rear pads at the dealership. Work was done quickly and professionally.

  I brought my vehicle in for a complimentary brake inspection on April 6, 2026, due to a concerning noise while driving. The service provided failed to address the condition of my brakes; instead, I received a quote of $1,000 for wheel bearing replacement. Subsequently, I independently purchased new brake pads to address the noise. Upon inspection, I discovered that my brake pads were worn down to near metal-on-metal condition. Replacing the pads resolved the noise issue entirely. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. What was presented as a $1,000 wheel bearing issue was, in fact, resolved with a $70 part and an hour of my time. It appears that there was an assumption that I lacked mechanical knowledge, leading to a potential attempt to overcharge me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING, UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVER PAY FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY UNRELATED. ZERO STARS.

  I came in to get my brakes checked and ended up needing a full replacement. Andy was amazing at helping to identify a few ways I could save some money, which was greatly appreciated! Great people, great service!
