My experience with National Car Rental has always been very good. I also regularly get an upgrade at no extra cost. It’s definitely worth considering if you want to try a different rental company for a change.

All is great at that location but waiting time to procure car is constantly way too long, need dedicated elite member line as well as opportunity for expedited pick up for all members

They are running a scam. I booked a 21 day luxury car rental (BMW X3, Audi Q5 or similar) and received a Nissan. I questioned this at pickup and was offered a Volvo XC90 at a great additional expense or a BMW X1 with no credit. They took 15 days to respond to my complaint and request for a car swap somewhere else, which was obviously too late. The they say that because I picked up the car at 4:10pm instead of the 4:30pm time that is why I received a vehicle I did not book. Is this a joke? The car was also filthy with drips down the inside of the door. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES. Worst car rental experience I have ever received

All staff at Zurich Airport location was very friendly and helpful! Raphael was especially great with his approach in making sure I had the best experience during the check-in process as well as for the entire time I would be spending with the car. I also needed to email Customer Serivce during my time with the car and Melanie was also very helpful and got back to me with efficiency and top quality service. The team was totally flawless with their customer service! Top notch!

No invoice provided. No email to ask for it. No information in the help center. Phone number leads to a useless automatic machine. I open a ticket and it will take 10 open days to get an answer...
