  Redeat saved us this weekend. We didn't have a reservation and Redaet managed to conjure up a car for us even though they were sold out. I've been an Emerald club member for over 10 years and it's situations like this that keep me a loyal National Car Rental customer and proud member. Thank you again Zurich Airport team and especially Redeat and Justus for making the impossible happen and saving the weekend!

  Team were great, gave lots of local info on parking in Zurich etc which was helpful as it's very strict. No pressure sell of insurance etc from advisor.

  Be careful when you return your car, they will look for reasons to charge you. I removed the rear boot cover and put it in its compartment. They did not properly inspect the car, and claimed that it was missing, and moved forward to charge me. Even after I made multiple attempts to notify them that it is in there. I even have an email from their customer service acknowledging that they will check it, but they never did. Edit: since the vendor responded, I still have not heard back from them. The response below is just a publicity stunt.

  Nice Peugeot in good condition. Friendly and helpful service at collection and drop-off. Thanks to Redeat who was there for both and always smiling brightly.

  Worst loyalty experience ever. Extremely slow checkin process, long line, no priority counter like all the other rental car companies in the same rental center. Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, and AVIS all appreciate their loyal customers, but National/Enterprise will make you stand in the regular line to clearly signal you should go and sign up with another rental car company. My last time using National/Enterprise in Switzerland. Loyalty level: VIP
