  All staff at Zurich Airport location was very friendly and helpful! Raphael was especially great with his approach in making sure I had the best experience during the check-in process as well as for the entire time I would be spending with the car. I also needed to email Customer Serivce during my time with the car and Melanie was also very helpful and got back to me with efficiency and top quality service. The team was totally flawless with their customer service! Top notch!

  No invoice provided. No email to ask for it. No information in the help center. Phone number leads to a useless automatic machine. I open a ticket and it will take 10 open days to get an answer...

  Redeat saved us this weekend. We didn't have a reservation and Redaet managed to conjure up a car for us even though they were sold out. I've been an Emerald club member for over 10 years and it's situations like this that keep me a loyal National Car Rental customer and proud member. Thank you again Zurich Airport team and especially Redeat and Justus for making the impossible happen and saving the weekend!

  Team were great, gave lots of local info on parking in Zurich etc which was helpful as it's very strict. No pressure sell of insurance etc from advisor.

  Be careful when you return your car, they will look for reasons to charge you. I removed the rear boot cover and put it in its compartment. They did not properly inspect the car, and claimed that it was missing, and moved forward to charge me. Even after I made multiple attempts to notify them that it is in there. I even have an email from their customer service acknowledging that they will check it, but they never did. Edit: since the vendor responded, I still have not heard back from them. The response below is just a publicity stunt.
