  Ruta was awesome at the check out. We were all over the place (my wife was on a wheelchair) and I was stuck at the entry to level 3 parking. She helped resolve a tricky situation - I had 4-5 cars that had stopped behind us. And ensured that I got to leave peacefully.

  Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein Auto bei Enterprise in Zürich gemietet und mache es gern wieder. Justus hatte eigentlich schon längst Feierabend, aber er nahm sich die Zeit um mir alles zu erklären. Fahrzeug (Renault irgendwas, sorry, keine Ahnung) war gut. 5+🌟verdient. Danke.

  When we rented the car they told us the electric cars would count as fully charged as long as it was above 80%. We returned the car with about 80% and they are trying to charge $25 ch after this was communicated. When I shared with them that I was upset about this and would send this to Amex for a dispute, they replied saying they would send a debt collector after me. Will not be using enterprise ever again and will report this incident.

  14.06.2026 @ 18.30 Zh 🛫 Wir nutzen Enterprise seit mehreren Jahren und waren in allen bisher bereisten Ländern sehr zufrieden. Auch in der Schweiz war das Fahrzeug in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Anmietung verlief problemlos. Etwas enttäuschend war jedoch die Fahrzeugrückgabe. Dort wirkte alles recht hektisch, und bei Fragen hatte man schnell das Gefühl, in eine Diskussion zu geraten, anstatt eine hilfreiche Antwort zu erhalten. Die Mitarbeitenden schienen eher damit beschäftigt zu sein, sich zu rechtfertigen, als auf die Anliegen der Kunden einzugehen. Schade, denn am Ende bleibt vor allem der persönliche Kontakt in Erinnerung. Das Fahrzeug und der Service waren gut, aber gerade beim letzten Kundenkontakt könnte durch gezielte Schulungen im Umgang mit Kunden noch einiges verbessert werden.

  I rented a car on May 30 for one day, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The gentleman ( I forgot his name ) who assisted me at the counter was extremely helpful and patient. He provided clear instructions on how to locate the vehicle, which made the pickup process very easy. When I went to collect the car, a wonderful young lady named Sia was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the correct location. She was also there when I returned the vehicle and continued to provide excellent customer service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and pleasant. I would definitely rent from this company again if I return to Zurich. Great job, and thank you to the team for the excellent service!
