  I would especially like to recognize Redeat for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient and professional throughout our experience. She genuinely listened to our concerns, showed empathy and went out of her way to find a solution that worked for us. What I appreciated most was that she kept us informed, followed up with us instead of leaving us waiting, and personally came to help us when we needed assistance. Redeat made us feel heard and treated us with genuine care. She was flexible, understanding and clearly committed to providing good customer service. Thank you, Redeat, for your kindness and for going the extra mile. You were truly appreciated!

  Extremely disappointing & frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Zurich Airport. We had pre-booked our vehicle, but immediately after receiving it, we found a fault which was acknowledged by their representative. A replacement vehicle was arranged & we were specifically assured that the contract timing would be updated to reflect the actual handover time of the replacement vehicle. However, Enterprise Rent-A-Car never updated the timing in their system. When we returned the vehicle, we were told we were late and additional charges were deducted from our card deposit based on the original contract timing. We were financially penalized because of their own failure to update the contract with correct timing. Enterprise Rent-A-Car Zurich Airport also appeared severely understaffed, with very little empathy or ownership of the issue. We raised the matter immediately at vehicle return and were simply told to contact customer care. Our subsequent emails have neither been acknowledged nor answered. We feel completely let down and unfairly charged. I expect Enterprise Rent-A-Car to refund the additional charges caused by their own error and hope they take ownership of the issue because of their inefficiency and resolve it fairly.

  Pathetic Service & Extremely Frustrating Experience and Fraudulent company 🚫 Would never recommend this service!! Absolutely pathetic customer service. They entered my checkout time 2 hours earlier than the contracted time, and despite returning the car on time, charged me for an extra day because of their own mistake!! When confronted, nobody takes responsibility. They simply tell you to “raise a ticket” online — and then nobody bothers to respond. No proper call center, no resolution, no accountability. Charging a customer for your own mistake and then ignoring the complaint is simply unacceptable. Refund the incorrect extra-day charge and have someone actually respond instead of hiding behind an unanswered ticketing system.

  Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Entregamos el vehículo en el aeropuerto de Ginebra siguiendo todas las indicaciones del personal. Nadie revisó el coche con nosotros, nadie comprobó posibles daños y simplemente recogieron las llaves indicando que el proceso finalizaría posteriormente por correo electrónico. Pasada una semana recibimos una reclamación de unos 800 € por dos daños que supuestamente habían aparecido. Al no haberse realizado una inspección en el momento de la devolución, no existe ninguna garantía de que esos daños se produjeran mientras el vehículo estaba bajo nuestro alquiler. También solicitamos las fotografías del vehículo antes y después de la devolución y la factura del taller donde supuestamente se efectuó la reparación, sin obtener la documentación solicitada. Lo que terminó de convencernos de que algo no estaba bien fue el documento de check-out recibido posteriormente, que considero falsificado. La firma no pertenece al arrendatario y el documento sitúa la devolución en el aeropuerto de Zúrich cuando realmente se hizo en el aeropuerto de Ginebra. Muy poca transparencia durante todo el proceso.

  Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido nefasta. Al devolver el coche en el aeropuerto de Ginebra, ningún empleado realizó la inspección del vehículo delante de nosotros. Simplemente nos indicaron dónde aparcar, recogieron las llaves y nos dijeron que ya recibiríamos un correo electrónico. Una semana después nos reclamaron 800 € por dos supuestos daños que, según ellos, habían aparecido en el vehículo. Solicité las fotografías del coche antes del alquiler y las tomadas inmediatamente después de la devolución, ya que, al no existir una revisión conjunta en el momento del check-out, no pueden garantizar que esos daños se produjeran mientras el vehículo estaba bajo nuestra responsabilidad y nunca me han llegado. También pedí la factura del taller donde supuestamente se sustituyeron las llantas, no una factura emitida por la propia empresa, sino la del taller que acreditara que ese dinero realmente se destinó a la reparación. Lo más grave de todo es que posteriormente recibimos un documento de check-out falsificado. Contiene una firma que no corresponde a la persona que alquiló el vehículo y, además, indica que la devolución se realizó en el aeropuerto de Zúrich cuando, en realidad, el coche fue entregado en el aeropuerto de Ginebra. Una experiencia totalmente inaceptable y una gestión que nos ha hecho perder toda la confianza en esta empresa.
