  Estoy muy decepcionado con mi experiencia con esta empresa. Cuidé el coche durante todo el alquiler y, posteriormente, me cobraron una cantidad que considero injustificada y que no había sido comunicada previamente. He solicitado una explicación y pienso reclamar el importe correspondiente. Lo que me preocupa especialmente es que, al leer otras reseñas, he visto que otros clientes también expresan experiencias negativas y su decepción con determinados cobros o con la gestión posterior al alquiler. Esto me hace pensar que sería conveniente que la empresa revisara este tipo de situaciones y ofreciera mayor transparencia a sus clientes. Una lástima que un alquiler de coche pueda terminar generando este tipo de problemas durante unas vacaciones. Recomiendo revisar muy bien las condiciones del contrato y, si es posible, contratar un seguro que cubra este tipo de situaciones.

  Reservé y pagué por adelantado el auto y el seguro. Mi vuelo llegó con retraso y, al presentarme en el mostrador, me informaron que mi reserva había sido cancelada. No hubo reembolso de ningún tipo —ni del auto ni del seguro— y el personal no ofreció ninguna alternativa ni ayuda para resolver la situación. Entiendo que existan políticas de tiempo de espera, pero un retraso de vuelo es algo que el cliente no controla, y cobrar el 100% de un servicio que nunca se prestó no me parece razonable. Tampoco hubo intención de buscar una solución, algo especialmente complicado cuando eres turista, no hablas el idioma y acabas de bajar de un avión. Si reservas aquí, lee muy bien la política de retrasos y considera avisar con anticipación si tu vuelo se atrasa. Yo no volvería a rentar con ellos.

  DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could leave zero stars I would! We rented a vehicle for 12 days (very jerky driving automatic) and upon return they proceeded to say we scratched the rim of the car and told me I could not leave the property until I signed agreeing that I caused the scuff to the rim. Mind you I DID NOT scuff the rim. When my friend attempted to record the encounter with no faces just verbal communication of the encounter they told her she must delete it and if she wanted proof of the conversation she had to go to the police! They showed me a before and after pic of a random tire that initially was not even dated for the date I picked up the vehicle he then said oh my mistake came back within minutes with the same picture with a new date. They proceeded to immediately draft hundreds of dollars from my account! This company is bogus! Be careful!!!!!

  SCAMMERS — DO NOT RENT FROM GREEN MOTION In my personal experience, Green Motion’s practices felt like a scam. When I collected the car, their staff repeatedly tried to sell me their own insurance. I declined because I already had full rental-car insurance through Booking.com. After returning the car, I waited almost one hour for the vehicle to be inspected. The employee checked the car several times in front of me and my family and told me everything was fine. No windscreen damage was mentioned. Then, several days later, Green Motion suddenly claimed that I had damaged the windscreen and charged me CHF 559.85. I had even taken a photograph on the day I collected the car showing a spot already visible on the windscreen. In my view, this is scamming customers. I feel that because I refused their insurance, they later found a reason to charge me for damage that was not properly reported when I returned the car. I strongly believe customers should be extremely careful with this company. Take detailed photos and videos of EVERYTHING before driving away, especially the windscreen. I consider Green Motion scammers based on my experience, and I will NEVER rent from them again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Very disappointing experience with Green Motion Zurich Airport I rented a Honda Jazz from Green Motion Zurich Airport . The rental itself was fine, but the way the company handled the alleged windshield damage after the return was extremely disappointing. When I returned the car, I waited almost one hour specifically for the vehicle to be inspected. The staff member checked the car several times in front of me and my family and told us that there was no damage. Four days later, I received a damage claim for CHF 559.85, including CHF 417.90 for a windshield chip and a CHF 100 administration fee. What concerns me most is that I have my own photograph taken on renting date, before using the car, which already shows a spot in the windshield in the same general area. The car was in Green Motion’s possession after I returned it, so I cannot know what happened to it during those days. If damage had genuinely been identified at the time of return, I believe I should have been informed immediately—especially after waiting for the inspection. I also felt uncomfortable with the strong pressure to purchase additional insurance when I collected the car, despite already having insurance through my Booking.com reservation. I have formally disputed the damage claim and requested proper evidence supporting it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Green Motion Zurich Airport. Customers should carefully photograph every part of the vehicle before and after the rental and keep all documentation. I am planning to take legal action against them and read reddit about their reviews
