  Green Motion hatte nicht die besten Referenzen, dennoch habe ich es gewagt, weil der Name mir ein anderes Gefühl vermittelte. Siehe da, ich traf auf ein sehr menschliches, Lösung orientiertes Team und Preis / Leistung absolut fair. Was will ich mehr. 🫶🏽Mit diesen Aspekten lässt sich immer eine Win Win Lösung finden. Der Bezahlprozess war etwas kompliziert, ich musste in Revolut eine Einstellung vornehmen, was mich nicht gestört hat, weil der Dienst sonst einfach gut war. Mein derzeitiger Favorit um ein Auto in Zürich Flughafen nähe zu mieten. Danke von Herzen 🙏🏽

  We had a very disappointing experience with Green Motion Switzerland after our rental ended. The car itself was fine, but the way the company handled fines and administrative fees was extremely frustrating. After our trip, we received speeding fine notices (which is fine and the speeding ticket fee by police is reasonable). However, we were charged separate 65 CHF admin fees for each one. The fee felt excessive, especially since all they seemed to do was forward the ticket information by email and tell us to deal with the authorities ourselves. When we asked for clarification about the 3 separate admin fees and why they could not be handled together,l (since 2 of these tickets even happened the same day out of our 4 days there). From our understanding from other rental companies as we have travelled extensively, there is 1 admin fee charge during the rental period. Not per ticket even if it’s issued the same day. Anyways they did nothing. the contract said admin fee during the RENTAL PERIOD not admin fee per ticket. The fact that the admin fee costed more than the actual speeding ticket was crazy. 20 Swiss franc for a ticket (5km over)… yet a 67 Swiss francs admin fee. Triple the price of the ticket! We don’t care about the speeding tickets, it was such a small fee for doing 5kms over which we have no problem paying. Yet we went over 5kms 3 times so that’s 60 Swiss franc… and 201 Swiss franc in admin fees. Very excessive and such a money grab They also charged us an additional admin fee by mistake, which was only corrected after we complained. They first denied it and we had to show them all of the banking info etc to prove we were over charged. Overall, the process felt unfair, poorly communicated, and not transparent. I would not recommend renting from this company.

When I questioned what the admin fee actually covered and why the fines could not be handled together, I kept getting ignored or given unclear answers. They also charged me an extra admin fee by mistake, which was only resolved after I complained. Overall, the communication was poor, the fees felt excessive, and the process was not transparent. I would not rent from this company again.

  Vorsicht! Ich kann mich vielen Vorrednern nur anschliessen. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den gekauften Rezensionen blenden. Mir ist das selbe passiert wie schon vielen anderen zuvor. Ich gab mein Auto zurück, der gute Herr kontrollierte alles, machte Fotos und hatte nichts zu bemängeln. Einige Tage später wurden für minimale Schäden 1700 CHF von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen. Zahlt lieber bei den richtigen Autovermietungen ein bisschen mehr, dort werdet ihr wahrscheinlich nicht so sehr über den Tisch gezogen. Sobald ich ein Auto zurückgebe, dieses angeschaut und nicht bemängelt wird, ist das Thema eigentlich durch. Die Autos im Nachgang auf Hochglanz polieren und dann die minimalsten Kratzer oder Dellen mit solch hohen Kosten zu bemängeln ist schlichtweg Betrug. Nochmals, ich lege Ihnen ans Herz. Mieten sie NIEMALS ein Auto bei GreenMotion (Zürich). Es wird alles getan um Ihnen so viel Geld wie möglich aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Es ist tragisch, dass ein Standort sich so unglaublich an seinen Kunden bereichert und man als Endverbraucher machtlos gegen solch betrügerische Vorgehensweisen ist.

  I travelled from the UK to Switzerland for a week for a family wedding and hired two cars from Green Motion, as we needed the extra space. Overall, the experience was good and straightforward. I booked through Booking.com, although I did notice there was a slight price difference compared with booking directly online. When collecting the vehicles, the customer service representative, Yasmin, was working on her own. Despite being very busy, she did a good job checking my wife and me in and handing over the keys to both cars. However, we weren’t taken to the vehicles or shown how to operate any of the features, which would have been helpful. One issue I noticed was that my car’s Apple CarPlay/Bluetooth system still contained the details of the previous 10 customers. This should have been cleared before the vehicle was handed over, as it could present a GDPR and privacy risk. Other than that, we had no issues with the cars, and the overall rental experience was positive
