  Super Erfahrung. Die Autovermietung ist gut mit ÖV zu erreichen, die Ladies am Empfang sind super und hilfsbereit. Der Prozess ist digital und schnell. Das Auto ist sauber, gut und günstig. Die Abgabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben sogar noch einen Kaffee bekommen, obwohl sie viel zu tun hatten. Gerne wieder. Ein kleines elektronisches Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Gerne wieder.

  ⚠️ TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Absolute thieves and scammers. We returned the car in perfect condition on May 10th. Their staff explicitly told us that everything was OK, instructed us to leave the keys, and forced us to depart immediately so we wouldn't miss our flight due to a 2-HOUR wait time they claimed. Three days later, they illegally STOLE 165 CHF from our bank account without authorization and sent a fake bill of 608 CHF for a "scratch" on the front wing. This is a complete scam and here is the undeniable proof: 1.    We have clear visual evidence proving the vehicle was in pristine condition with absolutely no scratches when we dropped it off. 2.    They claim they inspected the car "immediately," but their official photos are dated MAY 11th—a whole day AFTER we returned it! The car was in their custody for 12+ hours; anyone from their staff could have damaged it. They target tourists because they know you have a flight to catch. Don't be fooled by their overall rating—this place is flooded with FAKE 5-star reviews to hide the truth! If you filter by the most recent ones, you will see they do exactly this same trap to dozens of tourists every single week. STAY AWAY if you don’t want your money stolen!

  Alugamos um veículo com eles, tudo foi muito prático na retirada e na entrega, carro era um Golf Branco eTSI bem econômico e bom de dirigir, o problema começou após voltar ao Brasil, recebemos uma cobrança de 595CHF por uma suposta avaria no vidro. Quando recebemos o carro e quando entregamos, fizemos vídeo, nada é possível ver de avaria no para-brisas, nem na retirada, nem na entrega. Alegam uma avaria menor que 5 milímetros, lembro de ter fezes de passarinho, talvez não limparam direito? Mesmo que fosse uma avaria, será que já não estava ali? Porque é tão pequeno que não conseguimos ver, Bom senso não existe pra eles, quando você for alugar, leve uma lupa e analise 100% do carro, ao devolver, aguarde a avaliação também. Recomendo contratar seguro completo, nós optamos pela rentalCover, esse problema de cobrança por coisas supérfluas não é exclusivo deles, mas praticamente de todas locadoras em Zurich.

  Rented (Renault megane) for 10 day drive, did a total of nearly 1500km of driving. Car was smooth, had enough power to tackle the incline of the Swiss mountain. Overall great experience. Bag space was great, could fit two 28inch suit case in the back. Since two people was using the car, the back seat had space for another small carry on. Location of rental office is super close to the airport so no time wasted going to and from. Van pickup was on time and left within couple minute of us boarding the van. Staff was nice, explained everything clearly. Gas station is located right next door so drop off was easy to get it fully filled. I would rent again whenever I am back in Switzerland.

  Green Motion / Rent Car Zurich Havalimanı’ndan Araç kiraladım. sözleşme bitiminde, aynı durumda ve sorunsuz bir şekilde teslim ettim. Teslim sırasında herhangi bir hasar gösterilmedi, bana hiçbir hasar formu imzalatılmadı ve herhangi bir sorun iletilmedi. Buna rağmen araç tesliminden 2 gün sonra bana e-posta ile ön kaputta “nokta büyüklüğünde boya kalkması” olduğunu gösteren bir fotoğraf gönderildi. (Yansıtılan faturada; tüm kaputun sökülmesi, boyanması, motor kapağının sökülmesi, aracın çekilmesi, göçüğün düzeltilmesi vb. Alakasız birçok işlem için masraflar yazılmış) ve ayrıca idari masraf ekleyerek toplam 1.921,88 CHF tutarında fatura kesilmiştir. Fotoğrafta görülen iddia edilen hasar, büyüklüğü ve niteliği itibarıyla bu tutarla kesinlikle orantısızdır. Üstelik araç tesliminde bana böyle bir hasar gösterilmemiş, kaputun sökülmüş olduğu belirtilen bir işlemden de bahsedilmemiştir. Ayrıca bu nokta büyüklüğündeki boya hatasının benim tarafımdan meydana geldiği şüphelidir. Bu durumu kabul etmediğimi belirterek e-posta yoluyla itiraz ettim. Bana yalnızca otomatik bir e-posta dönüşü yapılarak bilgilendirileceğim ifade edildi, ancak şu ana kadar tatmin edici, somut ve detaylı bir açıklama tarafıma iletilmedi. Ayrıca kredi kartımdan haberim olmadan 400 CHF çekim yapıldığını gördüm ve bu tutarı da haksız buluyorum. Çok dikkat edin bu firmaya. Bundan sonra bu firmadan hem kendim araç kiralamayacağım. Hem de tüm çevremdeki insanları bu firmaya karşı uyaracağım.
