  Meine Go To AUTOVERMIETUNG am Flughafen. Tolles Team tolle Autos toller Preis. Bin hier öfters und das Team unter Ernes berät mit sehr gut!! Ernes auch immer sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent! Dolma, Marinella, Angelica, Ahmet, Justus und Raffy sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sehr gut geschultes Team. Danke euch!

  While renting a car in Switzerland is a scarily expensive and risky thing, Enterprise tops it with dishonesty in add-services and advertises as it would seem systemically better car than you will get - the customer next to me had the same issue. They will charge any damage larger than 1 cm (1/3 inch) with 1,500 CHF. So I bought the full coverage on top at 27 CHF a day plus taxes. VAT is 8.1% in Switzerland. But at Enterprise it is 30%!!! And there is no way to complain that you a price that is way too low. Actually in Switzerland companies need to state the full price to retail clients. They are in violation. And best of all half an hour after the stated time the car was still not ready. And if you try to call there will no agents available (“in the queue “). Tried several times. Over all I understand why people call this company (including Alamo and National) a scam.
