You better change credit cards if you book with this company. They are known for falsely claiming damage after you return your car. You cannot document damage while sitting inside a dark parking structure. You cannot leave until you agree the car is OK. We took pictures of what we could. They have falsely claimed and submitted over $1,700 worth of damage to my credit card. Claiming 3 microscopic chips in the windshield. Even when we dropped it off we asked if we should stay while they inspect it. Of course they glanced over it in about 10 seconds and said "No, all looks great, thanks and have a great day!" Then I get notified by MasterCard they submitted TWO separate charges. I'm outraged and the audacity and it left a horrible impression of such a incredible experience. I have notified ECRCS, Swiss Travel Ombudsman, Stiftung für Konsumentenschutz (Swiss Consumer Protection Foundation) and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I am NOT the only one who has been through this with them They are actually known for it. You better video and document every square inch if you decide to take your chances with this fraudulent company.

When I came back to return the car I had to pay to get inside the parking lot. This is outrageous no other rental company does that!
