  Reservé un turismo manual y cuando llego me dicen que no tienen y es automático. Internamente me enfadé un poco, pero gracias a Lucas que me explicó todo con mucha paciencia y eso que yo no sé apenas inglés y menos francés. Eso sí, tuve que encajar la pierna para que no pisar el supuesto embrague. Gracias Lucas por todo!!!!!🤩 El coche y nosotras llegamos perfectas.

  This rental company is a scam. Paid online before rental, got forced to pay extra for another car. The car came with a dent on a door and scratches on the wheel. They accused us of some scratches on roof, which they can’t provide any before photo of.

  Just finished my rental period. Was waiting over sn hour to pick up the car because they are trying to sell their extras to every customer wuite aggressively. The car was good and clean. A day before returning the car i got an email where to return it. The location shows swiss port baggage . We fuled the car before looking for return spot which was very confusing,we turned around the airport for 40 minutes ,asking staff, asking at the petrol station. Untill we found it some oetryol eas missing. 2 days later i hot an invoice for the petrol and the 20chf commission. I think instead of agents trying to sell you packages when you puck up the car ,they should better explain how and where to return the car . Finally it was the same P3 where we picked the car so why confuse custumers with a confusing location on an email. It is not fair and not honest. I understand they have to charge gor missing petrol but the extra 20 chf commission for confusing the customers in unfair as we fuled the car near the airport before we got lost with their location in the email.

  I rented a car at Zurich Airport and the agent added a prepaid fuel package to my contract without saying a single word about it. He didn’t show me what I was signing on the digital device and when I asked why the total was 223.92 CHF, he told me it was only the insurance and the additional driver. That was simply not true. I picked up the car full and returned it full. I have the official document proving this. There is absolutely no reason why I would ever buy a fuel package I did not need, did not ask for and definitely did not agree to. Yet it still appeared on my contract as if by magic. The local office refused to deal with the issue properly, so I contacted several organisations including Ombudsman Touristik, Zurich Airport Customer Relations, Enterprise Europe Head Office, the Swiss Fairness Commission and Flughafen Zürich AG. I have also initiated a chargeback with my bank because the charge was unauthorized. If this is how customers are treated at an international airport location, then something is seriously wrong with the way this company operates. Be extremely careful when renting here.

  Alamo, Enterprise and National are the same awful companies- avoid all of these. I chose a medium/compact PETROL car but was given a hybrid SUV which was too large for me, was covered in damages inside and outside. There were no photos of the damages only documented "small scratch on the side"; there were at least 11 scratches on that side. It took me ages to take photos of the scratches, dents and damages to the body, wheels, and inside in the poor lighting of the carpark. Then I found out the car was hybrid when driving it. The next day the message "battery low on the card key" appeared. I could not speak to anyone; the recorded message directed me to the website and there was no way of reporting this. I emailed and nobody ever responded to me. A few days later "risk of damage to transmission- STOP" appeared on the dashboard. The number for 24/7 assistance was not working and eventually I got through. The man said they would only tow the car and the onward journey was my responsibility; Alamo/Enterprise would not bring me a replacement car. The warning message disappeared from the dash and the man said no point of coming to tow the car. We as consumers must stop paying these unscrupulous companies. You may be paying less but you risk ruining your holiday because these people do not care, they just want your money.
