Vam intentar preguntar-li alguna cosa i ja no ens feia ni cas.

Do not rent from this company. In our experience, they are trying to charge us for damage we did not cause.
We rented a vehicle from the Swiss side of the airport for two days. Before driving away, we took detailed photos and videos of the car, and we did the same when we returned it.
At check-out, they do not inspect the vehicle with you. Instead, they tell you it will be checked later and that you will be notified if there are any issues. Around 20 minutes after we returned the car, we received an email claiming that we had damaged it.
No evidence was provided—no photos, no videos, nothing. We know this claim is false because we have clear proof that the car was returned in exactly the same condition in which we received it.
To make matters worse, there is no easy way to contact customer service. Their website does not provide a customer service email, and the phone number only connects you to a virtual assistant that sends you back to the website. We eventually obtained an email address through the roadside assistance line, but we have still not received a response to our complaint.
In the meantime, the deposit on our credit card remains blocked for damage we did not cause. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend documenting the vehicle thoroughly before and after your rental—or better yet, renting from another company. Or, to be honest, given all the other comments from people that report having the same issue with the company I am considering calling the police to investigate these scammers.

We had a very disappointing experience and will not be recommending Enterprise in future.
Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a zero star rating for Enterprise and must leave at least one star in order to leave a review.
We collected our hire car keys from the desk at the airport and we subsequently inspected the car for damage where it was parked in the collection point.
We identified damage on the car and so we took photographs of all the damage and uploaded these to their system using the link that was provided within the check out email that we received from Enterprise.
This was done at the collection point before we drove the car away.
The car was returned at the end of the rental with no further damage.
We received an email a few days later stating that new damage had been identified on the car and that a claim for damage would be raised against us. Sure enough CHF427 were taken from our damage deposit.
We pointed out that the damage that was being claimed as new, was in fact already shown on the photographs that we had uploaded to their system using the link and we provided a further copy of those photographs that we had already uploaded, in order to show that this damage was pre-existing.
However this was still not accepted and we were asked to provide further proof of when and where the photographs had been taken, even though they were the exact same photographs that had been uploaded to their system following our inspection at collection.
Luckily we were able to provide evidence that the photographs had been taken at time of collection and this was grudgingly accepted. However, the response we received from Enterprise stated "we agree that there is a reasonable doubt regarding the allocation of the damage to you."
To date we have not received an apology for their error. Neither have we received any explanation as to why the photographs that we originally uploaded to the Enterprise system using a link that they provided, were first of all not fully reviewed by their check-in team to confirm that there was no further damage caused by us during our hire period, nor why the photographs were not sufficient evidence that the damage had been pre-existing when they were considering their claim.
Our experience appears to suggest that Enterprise are either at best not following simple Quality Assurance check-in/check-out inspection procedures (which would identify who should be held liable for damage) or potentially at worst they are being deliberately dishonest and fraudulent, since the evidence was already on their system.
Either way, this was a very poor service that we received.

We had a disapointingly poor experience with Enterprise at Basel Airport.
After collecting the car keys from the customer service desk and before driving away, we inspected the car for damage. There was existing precontract damage and so we took photographs and uploaded these to the Enterprise system via a link that was given within the hire checkout confirmation email that we had received from them. On completion of the hire, we returned the car without any further damage.
One week later we received an email stating that new damage had been recorded and that we would be held liable and charged for repair.
We were subsequently charged CHF427 which was taken out of our damage deposit.
We pointed out that the damage that they had claimed as being new, was actually shown on the photographs that we had uploaded to their link and qe also supplied a further copy of the photographs by email.
We were still required to provide further proof of where and when the photographs had been taken before Enterprise grudgingly accepted that there was "reasonable doubt regarding the allocation of the damage to you". At which point (four weeks after returning the car) we received a refund from them.
To date we have still not received an explanation as to why the original photographs that we uploaded to their system at checkout of the car, were not used to confirm the damage as being precontract.
Altogether a very disappointing customer experience and left us feeling like Enterprise were fraudulently claiming money for damages.
We will not be recommending this company.

Absolutely appalling experience with Enterprise Basel Airport.
After returning the car, I was charged almost CHF 1,000 for damage that was already on the vehicle when I collected it.
Luckily, I always film rental cars before leaving. I challenged the claim using just two screenshots from my timestamped videos, and Enterprise refunded the entire amount almost immediately without even asking to see the original videos. Make of that what you will.
What should have been a simple holiday turned into weeks of worrying that I was about to lose a substantial amount of money for something I hadn't done. It completely overshadowed the end of our trip.
What disappointed me even more was the customer service afterwards. I wasn't looking for the refund anymore—that had already been processed. I simply wanted an explanation, an apology, and confirmation that my complaint had been reviewed properly. Instead, I received the same copy-and-paste response about contacting my card issuer multiple times, despite repeatedly explaining that my complaint had nothing to do with the refund. Even my requests to escalate the matter were ignored.
I've attached Enterprise's damage claim, a screenshot from my video showing the damage already existed, and photos showing the general condition of the vehicle. You can judge for yourself.
My advice is simple: stay away from the. If not then film every centimetre of the car before you leave the rental lot. Had I not done that, I'm convinced I would have been paying for damage that wasn't mine and wasn't intended to ever be fixed.
