  Der erste Eindruck war durchaus positiv. Schnelle freundliche Fahrzeugübergabe. Parkplatz innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Fahrzeugrückgabe genauso unkompliziert. 11 Stunden später dann eine Email mit Bildern eines Schadens, den wir angeblich verursacht haben sollen. Selbstverständlich haben wir bei Fahrzeugübergabe das gesamte Fahrzeug fotografiert und der Schaden war bereits vorhanden. Aber man kann es ja mal versuchen. Mietzeitraum 19.06.2026 (14:21 Uhr) bis 21.06.2026 (10:05 Uhr)

  We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Ramon. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout the process. Ramon made everything much easier for us and provided excellent customer service. We truly appreciate his support and highly recommend this location because of the great experience he created for us.

  Der Mitarbeiter hat uns fälschlicherweise ein Elektroauto zugewiesen, und uns gleichzeitig versichert, es sei 100% kein Elektroauto. Telefonisch erreichbar ist die Filiale auch nicht, braucht man gar nicht zu versuchen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

  Almost a month after returning the car, I received an email from Enterprise saying they were charging my card £50 as an “admin fee” because apparently I got a ticket in Switzerland. The problem is that I never received any fine, letter, or official communication from the Swiss police, and Enterprise provided absolutely no details or proof about the alleged offence. Just an automatic charge. I even emailed them asking for more information and clarification, but never received a reply. Getting scammed by car rental companies seems to be becoming more and more common, but seeing this happen in a country like Switzerland is honestly ridiculous. Very disappointing experience and definitely something people should be aware of before renting.

  Alquilamos un coche en la parte francesa del aeropuerto de Basilea. Debíamos recogerlo a las 18:00 y como llegamos a las 18:10 ya habían cerrado. Estuvimos llamando por teléfono y nadie nos atendió. Al día siguiente nos habían anulado la reserva; todo sin previo aviso ni notificación. Tuvimos que buscar otra compañía y finalmente alquilamos en la parte Suiza también de Enterprise. Un mes y medio después nos llegó un email de Enterprise donde nos cobraban 50 francos solo por informarnos de que se nos había puesto una multa; pero ese pago no correspondía a la multa sino que ya nos llegaría por parte de las autoridades. Han transcurrido ya meses y no nos ha llegado ninguna multa. Son unos estafadores!
