  ESTAFADORES!!!!!!!!!!!!! PONGO UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO SE PUEDE PONER MENOS. NUNCA RESERVÉIS CON ELLOS!!! Nuestra experiencia con esta empresa ha sido absolutamente LAMENTABLE. Llegamos al destino con una reserva realizada con antelación, y al presentarnos para recoger el vehículo nos informaron de que no tenían coches disponibles. Su única solución fue que nos fuéramos a otra empresa del aeropuerto y alquiláramos allí otro vehículo, asegurándonos que ellos asumirían la diferencia de precio. COSA QUE NUNCA OCURRIÓ Desde entonces, cada vez que intentamos resolver el problema nos remiten al servicio de atención al cliente Y NUNCA SOLUCIONAN NADA. Hemos enviado innumerables correos electrónicos y reclamaciones y nadie responde ni ofrece una solución. Solo dan largas y evitan hacerse responsables de una situación de la que SON TOTALMENTE CULPABLES. Pero vamos que ya hemos emprendido acciones legales!!! IMPRESENTABLES Y ESTAFADORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  NO ALQUILEIS UN COCHE CON ÁLAMO, Mi pareja y yo teníamos una reserva con ellos en el aeropuerto de basilea, teníamos la reserva confirmada y cuando llegamos allí no tenían coches disponibles, su respuesta fue que alquilasemos un coche en la parte suiza del aeropuerto y ellos pagarían la diferencia, cuando nos dispusimos a hacer el contrato del otro coche la diferencia era de 1900€, a lo cual antes de formalizar el contrato y pagar llamamos a ÁLAMO RENT A CAR, para confirmar que ellos se harían cargo de la diferencia debido a la cantidad que era, a lo cual dijeron que si, que en un plazo de 10 días teníamos el dinero ingresado, ha pasado un mes,no tenemos respuesta,no responden y seguimos sin recibir dicho ingreso, son unos ESTAFADORES.

  Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived on time with a fully prepaid reservation, yet the vehicle was refused to us for reasons that were never clearly explained. I presented a debit card in my own name, which had even been used to pay for the booking, but it was rejected without a satisfactory explanation. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the employee. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. There was no attempt to find a solution, no willingness to assist, and no customer-oriented approach whatsoever. The most frustrating part is that another rental company at the very same airport accepted the same card without any issue and provided us with a vehicle within minutes. A prepaid customer deserves far better treatment than this. The experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

  Alamo BSL Airport maintains the same excellent product and service quality that I have experienced at Alamo/Enterprise sites elsewhere (Heathrow, Glasgow, etc.). The service was professional, helpful, friendly. The online booking was straightforward. Alamo provided email updates and reminders to check-in early and what to do when returning the vehicle. (Only challenge was using the code to exit and whether that code was required to re-enter on car return.) The vehicle provided was quite new and matched or exceeded my booking request. Alamo has a good selection of hybrid vehicles, which is important. For instance, the Renault Rafale I rented is a mid-size SUV, yet consumed less than one tank of fuel over 8 days daily travel through to upper Black Forest and around Northern Switzerland.

  Ottimo fino al momento del check out...lasciata la macchina mi arriva un email che nella macchina c'era un danno...se guardate la foto senza il puntino verde messo in evidenza da loro nemmeno si potrebbe vedere (possibilmente era già presente al mio ritiro ma talmente piccolo da non poterlo notare al momento del check-in)!Tornato al bancone guardano le foto del danno e mi dicono che probabilmente nemmeno prendono in considerazione il danno!dopo una settimana mi arriva una fattura di € 450,00...vergognosi!!!
