  I have always had good service from National Car Rentals in Europe; however, this recent one-week rental was exceptional. Kevin checked us in at the front counter and took excellent care of us, getting us a brand-new BMW, which was an outstanding vehicle for the trip we were doing, which involved driving all over Switzerland. I put over 1,000 km on the car, and it still had 300 km in the tank. Great car and outstanding choice by Kevin. Upon returning the car to the Geneva airport, I was met with Hayette, who was prompt, courteous and helpful. We were in a hurry to catch a train to Paris, so Jeremy (I think) even drove us directly to the train station next to the airport. I have had some horrible experiences with Europcar, who have ripped me off on gas, alleged scratches, etc. National Car Rentals, in comparison, was truly exceptional. And the service personnel were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this group.

  We arrived late in the evening and our cards didn’t work, but Hayette calmly found a solution for us and we had a wonderful car and great experience. I highly recommend Enterprise.
