  Do not rent from the Swiss side. Enterprise Switzerland does not have a customer service number that works. They will lead you to the website so you can 'enter a form' (this form does not exist). You will put on an email queue with a 10 business days reply wait. They charged my card for what they needed and then accused me of not paying them one year later. And now I have to go through the stress of sorting this out without any help. Sincerely, we all know that rental car agencies aren't great, but this was by far the worse service I have ever, ever received. Ruined the Enterprise brand for me, just won't rent from them again. You have been warned.

  Avoid this location if you can. I rented a car at the Geneva Airport and dropped it off in Zurich. The vehicle was already heavily damaged when I picked it up, yet days later, they falsely claimed a charge of $4500+ stating, I caused new damage (a scratch on the hood and a windshield chip that aren't even visible). To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unresponsive—I have tried reaching out to this location multiple times regarding this unfair claim and haven't received a single reply. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional business practices

  Do not rent from this branch of Enterprise. As mentioned by the numerous 1 star reviews, the franchise owner is perfectly happy to rent out a car with multiple visible areas of pre-existing damage, and upon return, with no incidents, somehow allocate that pre-existing damage to my rental. My credit card company is handling this mess, but if this is your only option, thoroughly inspect/ photograph your car when you pick it up, and refuse it if damage is too extensive. Speaking to a friend at a local US Enterprise, they were clear this is all too common with European Enterprise franchises. AVOID.

  I had a really good experience with Enterprise at Geneva Airport. A special thank you to the staff member who welcomed me at reception on 23 September. He was very friendly and helpful, and his advice to change from a small car to a larger one was excellent. The larger car was much more convenient for my trip, and the additional cost was very reasonable. I would also like to thank the staff member in the parking area who received the car when I returned it on 30 September. He was friendly, professional, and made the return process quick and easy. Thanks to both of them for the excellent service. I really appreciated their professionalism and helpful attitude. I would definitely rent from Enterprise at Geneva Airport again. Dr.Eng.   I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise Geneva for six years and am a Platinum Client. When I returned my vehicle, I learned they now take a pick-and-mix approach to wear and tear. They, and I quote from correspondence, accept zero tolerance for wheel hubs and mirrors. Nowhere in the contract do Helvetic Motion AG make this distinction from the Global Enterprise evaluator system using the 50 mm rule. Bizarrely, if you have a wear-and-tear issue with any other element of the vehicle, it is covered. That is the most appalling PR. After reading other reviews, I have noticed several complainants mention a 475 CHF fixed charge, as if every incident costs the same to fix. If that does not smack of systemic charging, what does? They wrap this up by saying how frustrating it is for the driver, but that misses the point. This approach does not honour the Global Enterprise approach to Wear and Tear. They are frustrating, and their approach leaves a very sour taste. Utterly stupidly, they took photographs expecting me to dash off to the airport, but instead I stayed and cleaned the area in question, which revealed two modest 3mm surface marks (not a dent) and an invisible 30mm hub graze with no tyre wear. Photo attached. My credit card company are dealing with them. I am sure it's no coincidence that despite a 100% long-term clean record, the man who booked in tried to terrify me into taking out insurance. In six years, that's never happened before. Summary. Kudos for honesty from Severin in correspondance and public reply. Helevitic Motion AG 1) Breach the Global Enterprise Applicator Scheme where wheel hubs and wing mirrors are concerned. 2) Charge a fixed penalty fee of 450 CHF irrespective of the remedial cost involved. In my experience nowhere do they explain this distinction when hiring a vehicle. 1) On the Global Enterprise app which I use for all Global Enterprise bookings in all countries. 2) Confirm in the Enterprise Contractual Documentation.
