  Είχα διαβάσει τις αρνητικές κριτικές και ήμουν αρκετά καχύποπτος με το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο στη Γενεύη. Όλα όμως ήταν τέλεια! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση στον γκισέ, mail με την αναφορά προηγουμενων ζημιών, πολύ καλό αυτοκίνητο! Και στην επιστροφή γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, χωρίς προβλήματα. Ευχαριστούμε!

  first, great congrats and Service by Lucas ( massive thanks) ! nice car, everything easy ! BUT..... what an awful airport and most of it, what a terrible automatic management by Alamo. they sent me an email for the return car and gave me the wrong location in the French part of the airport ( 30 min to find, a boarder to cross 2 times, everything is really badly signaled, a nightmare witht the stress).. Alamo, you can do nothing for the airport but please, send the right and easy Adress for car return !!!!! it not so hard

  Classic damage scam. Avoid. We booked and paid for a spacious 5-seater but were initially handed a small Mazda CX-30 (at Alamo - French side). After complaining, they gave us the car we had actually paid for, hardly a favor. They told us not to bother inspecting it: it had just come back from the garage, fully fixed, with no damage on record. At return, the car was extensively checked millimeter by millimeter under a professional spotlight. They found a hairline scratch on the mirror and charged us for it.

  This branch of Alamo is appalling, after returning the vehicle the amount of additional charges they have tried to add on it absurd. The gentleman at the desk asked how many of us the are and stated do you want a larger vehicle, we said we did not mind as long as it does not cost us as we do not require a larger vehicle. he had us sign all the paperwork for our original vehicle a medium sized SUV and that was that. After returning the vehicle they have added additional fee's for a upgrade (we signed nothing in regards to this and the gentleman at the desk stated it would not cost anymore as we did not need it) We brimmed the car at the airport and drove about 60 yards to the carpark to drop the car off and they have added a re-fuelling fee despite the paperwork stating it was full when we handed the car back in! Also these are franchised so if you contact alamo regarding any issues once you fly home they say to speak to the specific branch who guess what? dont care so you have to go through your credit card. I would avoid at all costs.

  UPDATE Agreed to refund, but guess what it’s almost a month and I keep having to chase up, after almost a month now, I feel like that is their strategy, extremely disappointed !!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid! I don’t think they even deserve one star I hired a car with them at Geneva Airport, nightmare from start to finish, first pick up service is very slow, and when you reach to them at the counter they will try to force you to take their full insurance protection, showing how much would it cost for a tiny little scratch, even when you have told them you already have a full insurance with booking.com. Car return again was a nightmare, first the car parking is tiny so if you aren’t a confident driver then that you are most likely to scratch the car, I had filled up the car full, just outside the airport before returning, and I am sure that they have tempered with the fuel gauge, because the car fuel wouldn’t show full, only 3/4, so I took to another fuel station to fill up, and which it was because I could only fill up with CHF 4.00. I then took to return the car and drove less than a mile to return, and highlighted the fuel gauge issue, and they said it’s a known issue and not to worry about it, and guess what I have now received an email from them asking to make a payment within 10 days for refill charge, I have replied back with my bank transaction, as I don’t think you can get fuel receipts from the automated fuel station (I may be wrong), so hope this should be enough to dispute, now I am worried about the deposit, if they will return it or not. Do a favour and save yourself from unnecessary stress and hassle, avoid this car rental. Thank you
