We landed and somehow then we sat in a car, not really sure how that worked....Car received almost instantaneously, Cyrielle was efficient, effective and very pleasant to interact with. Shuttle service to and from the car absolutely ideal, no dragging the suitcases to a car park in the distance like in other airports, here just perfect, it could not be easier, hand over of car, and drop off worked like a song, comes totally recommended. Absolutely perfect, thank you Sixt!

J'avais réservé un véhicule 8 places avant mon voyage à Genève. À mon arrivée à l'agence de l'aéroport, j'ai demandé une modification du lieu de restitution. Malgré les contraintes et la forte demande liées au G7, Sean, l'agent qui m'a prise en charge, a su trouver une solution rapidement. Il a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme, d'efficacité et de beaucoup de flexibilité.
Le véhicule mis à notre disposition correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et a contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour ainsi que de notre événement familial.
Un grand merci à Sean pour son aide et son sens du service. Je recommande vivement cette agence pour la qualité de son accueil et de son accompagnement.

I would also like to point out that before returning the vehicle, I contacted the Sixt Geneva Airport office and explained my emergency situation. During that conversation, a Sixt representative named Zaki informed me that returning the vehicle early would not be a problem and that a refund for the unused rental days would be processed.
Based on this information, I proceeded with the early return in good faith. However, I was later charged the full rental amount and did not receive any refund whatsoever.
This is particularly disappointing because I relied on the information provided by your representative when making my decision. I therefore request that Sixt honor the commitment that was communicated to me and refund the unused portion of my rental.

Rented a car from Sixt at Geneva. At return they refused to inspect the car and have fabricated a claim against us for damage that wasn't there when we dropped the car off. They are refusing to accept that they didn't follow process and can't prove we caused damage (we didn't) and are threatening debt collectors. It's the usual 10cm scratch down to the primer claim that a quick Google tells you is very common for this company. Absolute scam, avoid them!!!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Sean at SIXT.
My wife and I were on a special trip to celebrate my birthday when our travel plans were suddenly disrupted by events that affected the airport in my home country, Kuwait. As a result, our flight was delayed by 12 hours. By the time I finally arrived, exhausted and stressed after a very long journey, I discovered that my car reservation had been cancelled.
At that moment, I felt incredibly disappointed. After everything that had happened, all I wanted was to continue my trip and enjoy the vacation that I had been looking forward to for so long.
That is when Sean stepped in.
He did not treat me as just another reservation number or customer. He listened to my situation with genuine understanding, kindness, and compassion. He took the time to help me, looked for a solution, and ultimately managed to arrange a new rental car for me despite the circumstances.
To some people, this may sound like good customer service. To me, it meant much more. After hours of uncertainty, stress, and exhaustion, Sean restored my peace of mind and helped save a very important trip that was meant to celebrate a special occasion with my wife.
His professionalism, patience, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. People like Sean do more than represent a company—they make a real difference in people’s lives when they need help the most.
