  WORST SERVICE EVER . Viola was disrespectful. Worst communication. Our supposedly rented car wasn’t ready at the time given. We went at the time they said again the car was still not ready. They than said go to this enterprise just to say they can’t even help us since we did not have a California ID. We called corporate on them and they even said they can help us to get a car not with this yucca enterprise. Once we told viola we called corporate she gave us more attitude saying how it didn’t had to go there . She than started complaining about her job saying how there’s seven cars waiting like okay we been waiting since yesterday .Corporate than tell us to get this specific car something go2 Visa we get the card. We give them the information of the Visa card. They told us they would call us back and said that the card is activated which we did not do on our behalf. Corporate tell us to go than get another go2 Visa card since it got activated but we didn’t activate it? We sadly did get no rental car which we really needed.the customer service is so bad at corporate as well the person on the phone was even confused and didn’t even know what to do .we followed his instructions!

  All the employees were very courteous. My car was clean and ready when I got there. A nice experience. I will use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again!

  Dissatisfied with rental process and unprofessional staff from initial call to return of rental. I used Enterprise in Anaheim several times and process was smooth and friendly. The Yucca Vally office was a nightmare,

  My hybrid battery in my car went out while vacationing and needed a car for the rest of my trip. Violet took really good care of me, I was in and out in no time and they let me park my car on the lot until I can get my car out. She and the other attendant were both really sweet and super helpful. Highly recommend!
