    Got a rental through them for an insurance claim. They picked us up from the body shop, got a newer minivan for under $50 per day. Flexible with changes and called to clarify and confirm everything before finalizing the bill.

    Location does not usually have vehicles on site. At pickup time, they called me saying that there was no available vehicle asking if I could come in an hour or two later. When I arrived an hour later to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t ready. The one employee on site went to the back to clean the one vehicle on site. When I returned the car the next day, there were no employees on site. Another customer was outside letting me know that they’d both gone to go get cars. So, my ride home and I got to wait maybe 15 minutes to drop off our rental. I gave feedback on site and they graciously discounted the rental by $10. It’s like they are willing to serve, but there’s just no volume or thoughtful management of vehicle stock. The car was clean and very nice. No win situation for the employees to provide good service at a vehicle rental service that just doesn’t carry vehicle inventory. “You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them!”
