  Incompetent. Two OBD2 monitors weren't ready. They turned me down. After researching the issue it appeared these monitors were irrelevant. I went to a different SMOG station. The car passed.

  This place is so accommodating! I had to get my smog checked a couple times, get my car fixed, and get my tags! They can help with the whole process. They made it less stressful and if your car doesn’t pass smog, THAT IS ON YOU NOT THEM. Wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend. Thank you.

  I had a terrible experience and do not recommend Quick Smog. I have a truck that has passed smog every time for the past 10 years I've owned it. Again it passed the emission test but Bob said my catalytic converters were replaced and the numbers not visible so he submitted a "tampered" on the inspection. I never knew this or really anything about smog requirements. I contacted the smog test referee and HE requested all the pictures of under my truck, my cats AND the Emission Contol Information Sticker which is required on all vehicles and it states the certification requirements for the vehicle. **Mine is "Federal/EPA" status so my cats just need to be CARB compliant. Not "Certified for California " compliance. After he reviewed all this information, the ref responded back with his conclusion: The ref said the passenger side was compliant but since no numbers were visible on driver side I must replace that one. OK, I did. I put on a new cat, the same as the passenger side, returned to Quick Smog with emails from the smog referee verifying his conclusion . Bob, thinking he knows more than the smog test referee, refused to test it because he was saying my vehicle was not in compliance. He is wrong. My vehicle DOES NOT need to meet "Certified for California " standards( which would require 4 catalytic Converters). He was very rude and unprofessional throughout my experience with him. I left and got a passing result at a smog shop down the street as well as the "tampered" status removed and corrected to "pass/compliant ".They explained to me Bob's lack of knowledge in this business. Again, I do not recommend Quick Smog.

  Took my Mustang the other day smog was quick and they also offer the option to pay registration fees on the spot. Thank you.

  I got there fairly early on a Saturday, he had two others ahead of me, and was out within 20 minutes. I went there for the great reviews, and I was NOT disappointed!! If you're looking to get your vehicle smog cert, look no further. They're on the corner of Percy & Garden Hwy. They'll take care of you, with a smile.
