This is the second time we've taken this car to Jiffy Lube. The first thing they do is put your info in the computer, where all the information is stored and which showed a recent oil change. She misunderstood and said she wanted it changed. They didn't challenge this at all even thought the last change with full synthetic oil was less than a month ago and less than 1,000 miles. The oil did not need changed, only checked and possibly topped off. Computer systems and basic training should prevent this. We are never again customers of Jiffy Lube. I hope you make my hard earned money last a long time and enjoy the bad reviews you earned that I'm going to be leaving all over the place.
