Unsatisfactory communication regarding an ongoing front-end collision repair and diagnostic. After two weeks without her vehicle, the back-and-forth with the collision technician was frustrating. I do not recommend this service due to its lack of reliability in service and required repairs to return the vehicle to roadworthy condition.

So I took my car it to get fixed on friday Car was to be finished Thursday.. well all of a sudden they are calling me about not releasing my car because they need a supplemental check from my insurance. So basically they are holding my car hostage.. the insurance said they are going to pay. But they won't let my car go.. and this is the 3rd time i have used this place. Never had a problem, until now. Louie is a jerk. And I planned this so that when school starts next week i will have my car, no thats not the case. I told louie that i needed my car to take my kid to school, he did not care. And mind you i called everyday to check on the progress of my car, never once did they say anything about the insurance. So monday i am calling the BBB of automobile. It was Natomas first, and now gerber. But now they want to hold my car. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.
**update I got my car back. And it smelled like cigarettes all inside my car. A disgusting smell. And I had to go spray it with cented spray over and over for days and my car has leather interior. Very disrespectful with other ppls property. Which is probably why they insisted they wash and detail the inside. I said nope and picked it up to smell like they smoked packs of cigarettes in it..

Buen lugar lo recomiendo me arreglaron mi carro y lo dejaron. Como nuevo
Even though the manager wasn't there, his assistant was really helpful.
Scandal! These buffoons were dispatched through AAA to tow my truck. AAA covers the hook up and first 5 miles of the tow - we got towed 18 miles.
When they showed up, we asked how much per mile for the extra miles. The guy said he would have to look at the GPS to tell us. Then he hooked up the truck before telling us or having us sign anything. Once it was loaded they told my boyfriend (not ME, the member/payment person) 12/mile.
They charged up $156 for a 18 mile tow and never got my signature or agreement.
I then called the company to ask their tow rates. They charge $55 to hook up and $3/mile with the first 10 miles free. It would have cost us $55+24= $79 INSTEAD OF $156! They scam AAA members!
I am reversing the charge on my credit card to the $24 we should have been charged. And posting this everywhere and contacting the bureau of automotive repairs.
You cannot steal from your customers. It's bad business.
