    I went to Valvoline for a simple oil change for my son’s new Nissan Frontier truck. The service technician came over and accidentally filled the truck with too much oil and then proceeded to drain some oil out due to her error! This is a brand new truck and too much oil can damage a motor! Overall what should have taken 10-15 minutes, took 45-60 minutes. I’m not planning on going back due to incompetence and poor leadership. When I told the mgr what happened, he did nothing to fix the problem! Why not train your staff properly to do the job they were hired to do. I’m all about customer service but there was none today! Therefore I take my business elsewhere. The manager was told what happened and he did nothing to make me happy.

    This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back! Alex explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel easy. Even Evan, the manager, matched my price which I really appreciated. The communication between the team was actually impressive. Alan, the mechanic below changing my oil, spoke clearly enough for the team above to hear, and everything just flowed smoothly. As a busy mom, this drive-up oil change was exactly what I needed. I didn’t want to sit at a dealership for hours, and they had me in and out so efficiently. What stood out most was that there was zero pressure. They didn’t try to upsell me. They simply let me know what my car could benefit from and left the decision up to me. And the sweetest part, I had my little white pup with me and she ran to grab him a treat. That alone made my day. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back for my oil changes.

    I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and they are always on it and fast and genuinely care about making sure your car is good and recommending what needs to be done. Today I came in with an emergency my oil had basically burned through and my car was ticking and almost seizing out. Amy helped me and told me what she thinks might be wrong and what they can fix and recommended going to the dealership for further diagnostics! I appreciate you guys being honest and always making sure my car is good!

    The staff was pleasant, but I was disappointed. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I asked about both when I pulled up. The technician said no problem and even stated what my tire pressure would be set to. I had the oil change and was told by a different technician I was good to go. I then asked the service tech, also called the manager, about the tire rotation. I was told they do them only when it is not backed up. He offered for me to come back. I was just wondering what business states they will do a service while at the location and is then told to come back? I am sure if I asked for a transmission flush it would have happened on the same visit due to the price. Some people establish loyalty to a brand if treated right. That will not be happening in my instance. Thank you

    I normally come to this Valvoline, but made the mistake of trying an express care shop that I thought was related. I ended up coming back here to fix the other shop’s mistakes, and I’m SO glad that I did! Evan and Scott were amazing! Genuine, kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was done right for my car. On top of that, they were super efficient and communicative with me. Seriously 10/10 service, and I will only be bringing my car here from now on. Thank you guys!!
