I said I didn’t need the service and pointed out that other locations do the same service for less than $100, after I checked and called them, but they insisted they had already started. After finishing, they didn’t even reset the dash — clearly the job wasn’t done properly. I do not recommend this place at all.

They didn't vacuum They left my windshield and back window greasy and my interior had cleaner droplets on my leather seats. They didnt botherr to clean it up. Will not go there again. They need to be more professional.

Moreover, I was told that they didn’t have the air filter, but it will be delivered at 4:00 pm same day. I stopped by and after waiting for about 25 minutes a wrong air filter was delivered. After a brief conversation I was told that a correct item this time will be available at 7:30 am next day. Sure enough, I was there at 11:00 am on Saturday and after waiting for another 25 minutes I was told they are still waiting for the air filter. This is really bad and disappointing service!
