On more than one occasion, when we weren’t happy with the vehicle we were assigned, they happily switched us into something that worked better. Their customer service is top-notch, which is why we keep coming back.

When I first arrived, there was no one in the office. A few minutes later, an employee came in, but without giving any guidance like “Please wait a moment,” the employee just looked at me once, said nothing, and left again, returning a few minutes later. Moreover, I was instructed to return the car with a full tank, but when I picked up the car, it was already missing about 1/8 of the fuel. I informed the staff about this, but the employee gave a very unhelpful response, saying, “Return it as is, even if the fuel is low. And you can take and keep the picture of the gauge just in case." I have rented cars here dozens of times, but I have never experienced such unfriendliness.

The manager came by to check on the car reserved for me and offered me a free upgrade. I checked both cars out and decided to accept the upgrade. Very happy with the car.
