  Have been renting from this location for years but in the last few months have been dismayed by the lack of staff and long wait times. Wait times have been up to 45 min to check in or drop off. I hope this changes soon

  TERRIBLE customer service. After being unable to return our rental at the Anaheim Enterprise location (due to unexpected closure), we called this location to confirm we could return the car here and that they would be able to provide transportation to a local destination. On the phone, the representative confirmed that they were open until 6 PM, and could provide the transportation service as long as we arrived before 5 PM. This was great news for us, as it was only 4:20 PM at the time. To be clear, we confirmed that we could use the transportation service. When we arrived, there was no one in the office and there was a long queue of people waiting to be serviced. We were eventually serviced by Victor at around 4:40. Returning the car was easy and efficient, which was nice. However, when we asked him about the transportation service he replied saying “Oh it’s a Friday! We can’t do that Fridays!”, insinuating that most employees clock out early on Fridays. When we told her that we confirmed with the lady on the phone, he looked confused but told us to wait on the curb while he checked with the other employees to see if someone was available to give us a ride. We waited on the curb for 15-20 minutes, before giving up and heading inside to look for Victor. There, we found him packing his things to go home for the day. When we asked him about the transportation service, he responded by saying he forgot but since we were headed in the same direction, he could take us personally. HOWEVER, on the way to his car, he started talking to another employee (maybe his boss?), then came back and told us that he couldn’t drive us due to liability concerns. While this is understandable, we had been standing on the curb waiting for nearly 45 minutes at this point. The lack of communication was consideration for your clients was nonexistent and we were very displeased with this experience. What should’ve taken max 15-20 minutes (returning a rental car) ended up taking 2 HOURS. This has been a complete waste of time and we would not recommend using this location.

  Horrible management and staff. I am expressing my experience Add this specific location. my experience was horrible. I took the time in advance to make a reservation on a vehicle that I preferred then upon arriving one of the gentleman told me they probably don’t have the car that I want without even asking me what I prefer he pulls out an outdated vehicle far from what I seen on their website. A couple days later I plan to swap the vehicle out I called 15 minutes before I arrived and Lindsay picked up the phone saying that that I could come get it and of course it had been taken overall the manager there doesn’t know how to conduct a business he’s multitasking not focusing on the person he’s talking to. I felt like I was talking to a wall. I am sure I’m not the first person to experience this at that location definitely needs better management. The system is not working properly and I was far from having a decent experience.

  We’ve rented from this location several times and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. On more than one occasion, when we weren’t happy with the vehicle we were assigned, they happily switched us into something that worked better. Their customer service is top-notch, which is why we keep coming back.
