  Shane at this Autozone location was so helpful! I was looking for replacement low beam bulbs and he went over the different types and then talked me through tips on install. He even helped me out by replacing them for me and talked me through the process 🥹 Great and honest customer service!

  Every time I go into this location, they are super helpful, even going to the extent of helping put bulbs in the headlights of my car. Wonderful customer service!

  Iam customer from long time but today I decided to change Aouto zone forever I checked website to see kind of battery and price my car battery dead I see many I go to shop to buy one and fixed to my car I asked sales man ho told me only one kind avalibel cost 174.99 I said ok no choice car can’t running if switch off I told him I wait you near my car because it start he said pay first I said ok he go ring battery he bring it without cartoon box that’s mean it fix for other customer and turn back and terminal scratch iam not say anything he prepared invoice I saw in screen I said what’s that he said now when I finshed I till you I told him off course you take old one then detective from price he said wait final invoice 225 jump price from 174..99 to 225 I said what about 22 $ you still not told what’s that he said if I take old one I remove 22 $ funny really new kind of rubbery He should not put that only should put price plus tax then detective old price battery from total should coming 169$ with tax but I paid 195$ so that kind of bad service and rubbery let people no trust on organisation and not satisfied to buy again Maybe someone aske why you agreed and pay no choice for my car no start if I left I wish respond person contact with my my phone in system Note I work in big agency cars on service department we never do that with any customers all 20 years I work because we need customers trust and loyalty for our company I advice everybody see invoice before he/she paid It’s funny to till me send Emile to us and let you satisfied only trust on you when repeat back 22 $ you take it and take old battery free When I review I put one star not5 And also nobody solve problem and I sent email nobody do anything

  Anthony older gentleman handled putting on new windshield wipers on my lifted 96 chevy great attitude and amazing service especially doing it in the rain with a smile dont get service like that all the time thank you Anthony
