  Time estimate was right on, fair price and all staff I interacted with were friendly and efficient completing our oil change and tire rotation. Repair bays and work areas were clean and organized. We will be back.

  Everything about our experience was pretty poor. The customer service from management was poor and we were treated with disregard almost the entire time. I had purchased 2 tires online and chose this shop at checkout to install and while my BRZ was at the shop getting tires installed my wife and father in law were there taking care of the repair at the time and was met by management with COMPLETE disrespect and didn't want to cooperate with us whatsoever. One thing that made me mad for sure was we had a key for the wheel locks but we had forgot them, my wife mentioned they'd be back and go get the key and we only live 5 mins away. During that time the manager disregarded that and BROKE the wheel locks off and didn't wait for them to get back even to go as far as CHARGING us an extra $50 for breaking them...I will NEVER be returning to this tire shop again. I'll leave some receipt proof that I'm not BSing this comment and also for anyone wanting to know the manager on shift that day, he was an older white male by the name of Andy Trochowski. The screenshots will show.

  I have Tesla model 3 2025 model - at around 7200 miles. I felt sudden increase in vibration/shaking and bouncy feeling while driving on a freeway on 12.5.2025. There was no pothole or impact or anything. I was aware that Tesla's OEM tires have the acoustic foam inside them and they can be detached to cause vibration/shaking. I took my car to this place the first in the morning around 8am on 12.6.2025. During drop-off check-in, I specifically asked the person at the counter to check the foams inside the tires. He said that the foams don't usually get detached. I told him that it's a tesla thing and I really want to get those foams checked AND removed, if possible, from all 4 tires even if they are n ormal, in order to prevent any potential problems in the future. He put 'check foam-if it has become detached' (no 'remove' even if I asked for it) in the est. authorization form and I signed it. Around 12:19pm, I got a call from a different guy and he said my car needs wheel alignment and balance. I asked him if they checked the foams. He sounded like he was not aware of my request at all and just said the foams don't usually get detached. and I heard some guy next him talking about somthing and he said, yeah we checked and they are fine. I found him quite hard to believe when he changed his comment like that. and he just told me about the additional quote($195-so overpriced) for the wheel aglignment, saying tesla costs more for wheel alignment. I was very frustrated that my request was not taken seriously and there's no evidence that they really checked it or not and I just didn't understand why the foams were not removed anyway despite the request. I was in the middle of my work and just approved the revised est. to see if it somehow resolves the issue with alignment and balance. and I waited for a call for pick up. I kept checking my tesla location on my phone app and my car was sitting in the parking lot ever since around 1:10 pm. Nobody called me until I called them for an update around 2:34pm. He said yeah your car is ready. I asked him again if they really pop all the tires out and check inside. He said yes. I told him I even had requested removing all the foams from all 4 tires even if they were normal, and he just said they cannot be removed.(which is not true) After pickup, I could still feel the vibration/shaking on my way back home. Problem was not fixed at all. It gave me almost motion sickness and my body felt shaking for a while even after I got off my car. I took my car to America's tire today and the staff brought up the potential foam issue even before I finished my description of issues. Yeah, it's that well-known issue regarding Tesla(or EV)'s tires. they dismounted tires in my presence and I checked inside the tires. The foams inside all 4 tires did remain attached at quick glance. I didn't take time to feel them for any loose spot, to be honest. but I asked them to remove foams anyway. They was able to remove the foams with hands so easily. Foams were so loosely attached and the foams didn't even break so it was removed in one piece. I seriously wonder why Allen tire company staff couldn't do this in the first place. Again, hard to believe they dismounted tires to check insde. Surprisingly, after foams were removed today, shaking/vibration has almost disappeared. bouncy feeling is gone completely. I know some people may say I am crazy/picky whatever but I really wish I had any possible way to prove this difference in level of shaking/vibration before and after removing the foams. If Allen tire company staff had listend to me and did the exact task as I requested, I would have been very happy. I definitely was not satisfied with their poor communication, ignoring client's request, poor outcome with persistent issue.

  Ive been purchasing tires from Allen tires for many year. They are close to my house and easy to drive in to get my tires rotated. Tire price is fair and reasonably. Very professional staff.
