- AAAndrew5 days ago2.0Made an appointment and they didn’t even have me on file. They told me I’ll have to wait 3 to 4 hours unless I drop off the car. No apologies just excuses. I would’ve appreciated it if they apologized for the mixup but the scary looking guy with tattoos without a smile told me too bad. I’ll go somewhere else

They tried to do a bait-and-switch on me, showing on my receipt that I was getting NEW tires with date code 20/25, and when I picked up my car and brought it home, I checked the date code to find out they gave me OLD TIRES with a manufacture date of 18/22!!! BUYER BEWARE! These guys are now selling us 4 year old tires at brand new prices -- VERY SHADY INDEED. Always check your tire date code, do not trust what shops tell you! Never going back here again.

I said I would go elsewhere, they then said they would go to the warehouse to get it. The time went to two hours. I didn’t have an issue with the two hour time frame. When my car was ready, the tire had the new tire residue. How hard would it have been to clean it off?
