  Definitely dont go here. Came in asking for an oil change and to check my low tire pressure. First thing the tech does is pull out the air filters to try and show me to try and sell me new filters. I asked about the tire he said he hadn't looked yet. So I go and look at it and point out a nail in the tread. He says he cant fix it because its "in the sidewall". It wasn't, it was right in the middle of the tread. He didnt want to do it because they dont make money on tire patching. He said my oil filter was broken as well and charged $45 for a filter replacement. It took 2 hours, they didnt fix the tire and tried to upsell me on filters. So I have to leave and go down the street to Tires 4 Less who patch the tire in less than 10 minutes. Now im home and the car is leaking oil on my driveway. So I need to go to a different shop to fix their issues because im never going back there. Both services I went in for need to be handled by other businesses because they dont know what they are doing. Save your time and money and go to a legitimate repair shop.

  I called this location to check my brake pads after finding it via the Midas website. I was not aware there was a $30 charge for this service, and my husband (who physically went) was not informed there was charge. At the end of the service, I called and the woman said it was $30. Although I wasn’t aware, I asked if it would at least include the 55 point inspection advertised on the Midas website. She replied that they do not even have a 55 point inspection, only a 17 point one, which would also NOT be included in the service, and informed me they do not honor the services on the Midas website. They ONLY checked my brake pads, and did not even provide a measurement for the rotors. I don’t feel this was appropriate.
