  Went in for new wiper blades the woman at the desk asked my make, model, etc and told me some options. I grabbed the ones I wanted and confirmed with her that they would fit my car (she said they would fit). They did not fit at all. I tried all the adapters and still nothing. I trusted that the employees who work at an auto parts store would know what they are talking about. Anyway went in to return them and they would not honor their mistake. Even when I went in to return them they said they wouldn’t fit my car. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere so I don’t waste another $70 due to uneducated employees.

  Dropped off a battery for 3hr and they didn't do anything but give it back and it was still dead stupid people do your job

  Very poor communication I will need to sell my car I came in for brake pad and came out with motor mounts recommended by pioneer AutoZone , after I came back he asked if I needed a whole transmission because I had unusual brake wear

  Really good service. My son's car lost power, so I started with a battery and then had to replace the alternator. Bought both from here. The previous alternator was also from AutoZone, so they alerted us to the warranty. Then when I returned the faulty one, they made it so simple and were very quick. I was really happy how fast and easy the honored their warranty. Also of note is how helpful every person was ( I talked to 5 different people throughout this 3-day period). Highly recommend this store, they took great care of us !
